highest ethical standards. In 2023, we launched a materiality analysis with Marjorie Hobin from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindupconsulting.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MIND UP CONSULTING<\/a>\u00a0to lay the foundations for a solid and relevant strategy.<\/p><p>This project had to meet two significant challenges:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>A strong geographical footprint:<\/strong> Eastwise is the link between Europe and Asia, which means we have to take responsibility for the social and environmental issues associated with this positioning.<\/li><li><strong>Growing expectations from our customers, employees and partners<\/strong> regarding our impact and transparency.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>This approach enabled us to :<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identify the most <strong>strategic CSR issues<\/strong> for Eastwise<\/li><li><strong>Compare our internal priorities with external perceptions<\/strong>: 23 stakeholders were interviewed, with a split between Europe (48%) and Asia (52%).<\/li><li>Define a <strong>5-year operational
